Our team will let you know when you are going to hit your hours.
We have a set amount of weekly meetings so that you are updated on the progress of projects and anything operations-related happening in your business.
We like to collect data during weekly meetings and then get to work. We do have Slack as our main platform to communicate in real-time. You will hear a response from us within 24 hours, Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm EST
We have a process where you can request a task before 12pm EST that will be done within the same day. When a same-day task is requested, we will stop any progress for projects on that day until the same-day task is complete
In terms of getting projects started, you will need to let us know the date you will want this project done, including dates for client announcements, etc. Other than that, during our onboarding process, we will collect information on your preference as well as everything we need to know about your business such as policies, schedule, offers, etc.
While you're focused on coaching your clients, updating your curriculum, and implementing your coach's feedback, we are managing your day-to-day operations while streamlining your systems and documenting your SOPs for easy reference while scaling your business
