What It Looks Like When Operations Are Off Your Plate

Weeks 1–2: Onboarding
We get fully situated in your business: auditing your systems, accessing your tools and team, and mapping how work currently moves.
You'll have a clear project roadmap by end of week 2.


Weeks 3–12: Ongoing Operations
We implement the roadmap and take ownership of the day-to-day. As your business evolves, we manage active workflows, adjust systems as needed, and keep documentation and SOPs up to date. You'll have weekly check-ins plus async support in between so you're always in the loop.

We will plan out your estimated hours for the month together. If additional hours are needed, we will let you know in advance.

We have a set amount of regularly scheduled meetings so that you are updated on the progress of projects and anything operations-related happening in your business.

We have Slack as our main platform to communicate in real-time. You will hear a response from us within the next business day, Monday to Thursday from 11am-4pm EST.

In terms of getting projects started, you will need to let us know the date you will want this project done, including dates for client announcements, etc. Other than that, during our onboarding process, we will collect information on your preference as well as everything we need to know about your business such as policies, schedule, offers, etc.
