Hi, I'm Jascha

I started Time Off Operations because I wanted the same thing many small business owners want when they decide to work for themselves: more flexibility, more autonomy, and more say over how I spend my time.

Along the way, I learned how to build a business from the ground up. I explored project and time management, marketing, systems and automations, information architecture, design, and all the little things you end up learning when you’re a solopreneur figuring out what works.

Some of those things became strengths. Others taught me what I’d much rather hand to someone else.

And that experience shapes the way I support my clients today.
